XCMG Group Applies for Patent for Hydraulic System and Loader Suitable for Loaders, Meeting Operational Conditions and Avoiding Energy Loss Without Adding Extra Pumps

On November 9, 2024, news from the Financial Sector reported that the National Intellectual Property Administration of China shows that XCMG Construction Machinery Co., Ltd.'s Technology Division has applied for a patent titled "A Hydraulic System and Loader Suitable for Loaders," with publication number CN 118911233 A, and the application date is September 2024.

The patent abstract reveals that the invention discloses a hydraulic system and loader suitable for loaders. The hydraulic system consists of a hydraulic oil tank, a first hydraulic pump, a second hydraulic pump, a manifold valve, a priority valve, and a single-acting valve. The first hydraulic pump is connected to the hydraulic oil tank; the second hydraulic pump is also connected to the hydraulic oil tank. The oil inlet of the manifold valve is connected to the outlet of the first hydraulic pump, and its work port is connected to the work device. The oil inlet of the priority valve is connected to the outlet of the second hydraulic pump, with its CF port connected to the oil inlet of the steering gear. The oil inlet of the single-acting valve is connected to the EF port of the priority valve, its return port is connected to the hydraulic oil tank or the manifold valve's oil inlet, and its work oil port is connected to the third linkage implement.

This invention connects the EF outlet of the priority valve to the single-acting valve, and the return oil from the single-acting valve merges into the oil inlet of the manifold valve. This configuration meets the small flow requirements of the third linkage implement without adding extra pumps, thus avoiding excessive energy loss.
